Job Title: Experienced Minute Takers*Typists x2 Salary: Ј9.00 Based: East London Temporary up to 3 months Start date: 04*10*2004 Ref: KEMT1 We currently require an experienced Minute Takers to provide support to a large division within a central London Local Authority. You will be responsible for taking accurate minutes at conferences and meetings. Main Duties: Taking accurate minutes at Meetings and Conferences Preparing agendas for conferences and meetings Typing minutes from meetings Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Successful candidates must have a minimum 2 years minute taking experience. Speed writing skills Fast and accurate typing speed minimum 50wpm Advanced knowledge using all MS Office packages Good working knowledge using MS Word and Excel Has the ability to work on their own with little supervision Can pay meticulous attention to detail.
